Spaghetti al nero di seppia con salmon and caviar

Today I want to tell you about my country: Puglia.
It has always been a land of conquest, but today finally conquered in turn the palates of discerning gourmets, fascinated by the smells and tastes of its unique products .
The Pugliese kitchen, has today become a real trend is the result of centuries of tradition, old recipes handed down from generation to generation that have transformed traditional dishes in true masterpieces of haute cuisine.
We need, therefore, typical products that have a high level of quality, and that's why I turned to SUDALIMENTA !
Their passion for the past four generations, is this: select, produce and raise awareness of the best typical products of Puglia and beyond.
in their shop I could find online because many typical products from Puglia and Southern Italy in general.

-baked goods (taralli, strips, biscuits),

-i oil (sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, olives, mushrooms, wild onions, eggplant),

-l 'extra virgin olive oil,
-Mediterranean spices (oregano, parsley, capers, black pepper, green pepper, white pepper, pink pepper, red pepper),

-cakes (folder, almond biscuits, mostaccioli, limoncello, wine primitive)

Il primo di oggi è realizzato con uno dei prodotti di cui l'azienda mi ha gentilmente omaggiata: spaghetti neri alla marinara.
SPAGHETTI with sepia
WITH SALMON AND CAVIAR
(from sweet potato )
Ingredients:



  • 400 gr. di  spaghetti neri alla marinara  Sudalimenta
  • 150 gr. di   salmone in trancio 
  • 1 jar of red caviar
  • parsley
  • onion
  • oil 'olive
  • half glass of white wine
  • white pepper

Preparation:
Clean Salmon depriving the skin and backbone, then cut into cubes. Boil pasta in salted water.
Put in a pan of ' oil with the onion ; finely chopped and then cooked the salmon sfumandolo con del   vino bianco.
Appena sarà cotto ma ancora umido spegnete e cospargete con una manciata di   pepe . Lasciate riposare.
Scolate la pasta al dente e saltatela in padella  adding two tablespoons of red caviar and parsley finely chopped.
mix well and serve hot.
