Impacco di oli vari per i capelli

Ciao ragazze,
stamattina approfittando del fatto che oggi lavoro di sera e che dovevo lavare i capelli ho fatto un impacco pre-shampoo utilizzando vari oli che avevo già in casa utilizzati principalmente per lo "struccaggio".

Ho preparato quindi un mix di Olio di Ricino, Olio di Cocco e Olio di Monoi e dopo aver inumidito i capelli ho applicato in dose abbondante il mix oleoso; ho poi avvolto i capelli in una cuffietta in plastica da doccia e nell'asciugamano caldo. Ho tenuto il tutto in posa per un ora e mezza e poi ho risciacquato abbondantemente.

RISULTATO: i capelli sono molto profumati grazie all'olio di Monoi ma non sono sicura che il risultato mi abbia soddisfatta...infatti i capelli sono molto elettrici come non mi capitava from time to comb wet and seemed a bit 'rigidini; are soft but not what I expected I in the sense that are softer after normal shampoo and conditioner that I use normally. Moral of the story do not know if I'll just make this pack, or at least try to use the oils individually to see how it goes.

And you never do pre-packs of shampoo with oils that you have at home? Let me know ...

Abbiamo passato un sabato pomeriggio insolito. Stanchi delle solite cose, del rumore della città, dei centri commerciali sempre troppo affollati, della batteria del cellulare che si scarica troppo in fretta, del caffè bevuto velocemente al bancone, siampo scappati. Siamo saliti in macchina destinazione Lodi, una cittadina non troppo distante da Milano.
Lì il tempo sembra essersi fermato e, una volta raggiunta Piazza della Vittoria, reflex alla mano, mi sono fermata un attimo e ho pensato quanto siamo fortunati a vivere in una nazione tanto bella. Vi confesso che, mentre vi scrivo, sono sul divano a gustarmi dei tranci di crostata con marmellata tra i più golosi mai provati in vita mia! 
Li avevo assaggiati a casa di Anna, la mamma del mio Amore.
In realtà non erano nemmeno destinati a noi: li aveva realizzati per portarli the Sunday lunch the next day, with her sisters and their husbands.

Ingredienti:


Preparazione:
worked on a pastry flour, sugar, salt,

I love the sea and its fruits.
I spent my childhood in Porto Selvaggio, a wonderful nature reserve Salento, which presents a complex of cultural, natural, scenic beauty and a very extraordinary fact diving. (Click here for more info ).
As a child I have always appreciated everything that the nature of the earth and the sea gave me, my parents have always taught to eat everything, even what is commonly to children do not like, so Mediterranean diet have a varied and balanced. That's why I really love the fish!
Yesterday morning I had taken a great desire to sea, so I decided to create a dish that would satisfy me without weighing it down too.
This recipe is in fact the result of healthy foods and natural mixed: the final taste is delicious!
Here's how to prepare .

Ingredients:
  • 300 gr. Spaghetti with black di seppia  SudAlimenta
  • 5 cucchiai d'olio d'oliva  Colonna
  • 200 gr. di tranci di sgombro
  • sale
  • paprika dolce
  • origano
  • prezzemolo
  • 1 spicchio d'aglio
  • 10 capperi piccoli
  • pangrattato
Preparazione:
Fate soffriggere uno spicchio d'aglio con l'olio e versatevi i tranci di sgombro a pezzetti, i capperi e fate cuocere a fuoco moderato per qualche minuto. Aggiungete paprika, origano, sale, e il prezzemolo tritato a crudo.
A parte fate bollire l'acqua in una pentola dove cuocerete gli spaghetti al dente; versateli nel sugo. Spolverate con un cucchiaio di pangrattato e mantecate sul fuoco.
Impiattate e servite.

You can also try to achieve it, is simple and you can not appreciate its sweet flavor, original and delicious!
Here is the recipe.

Cake Ingredients:
  • two pots of yogurt with coconut
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 jars flour Chiavazza
  • 1 jar of vegetable oil
  • a jar of coconut flour
  • mint
  • a pot of mint syrup
  • 3 uova
  • 1 bustina di lievito
Ingredienti ganache alla nocciola:
  • 50 gr. di nocciole
  • 60 gr. di cioccolato al latte
  • 350 ml. di latte
  • 70 gr. di zucchero
Impastate tutti gli 'ingredienti torta', usando come misurino il vasetto di yogurt, amalgamando per bene. Infornate per 45 minuti a 180°. Cool. Meanwhile, chop the nuts, mix them with a teaspoon of sugar, and stir until flour is smooth.
In another bowl add the chocolate, two teaspoons of sugar and 50 ml. milk, stirring until a thick cream. This combined with the hazelnut flour that you create, mix and add another 50 ml. of milk. In the meantime put the fire to 250 ml. milk and remaining sugar, combined with chocolate. Stir until completely dissolved. Combine and stir over low heat for 40 minutes.
Cool and spread with ganache obtained the surface of the cake. Sprinkle the flour with coconut and serve.

In one word: golosissimissimaaaaaa!

was always a chance for me to get to grandmother's house while still getting ready to eat. Made me keeper of shameful secrets, to which only she and I could have access.
A simple pleasure for young and old, those made brown clouds and streamers!
Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 250 gr. of mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour taste Chiavazza
  • breadcrumbs to taste
  • oil for frying
Preparation:
Drain the mozzarella from the liquid storage a few minutes putting them in a colander, then dry them well with paper towels.
Purée them in the flour, then lightly salt and pepper into the beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs, repeat the process twice.
Heat oil in large frying pan and fry the mozzarella for about five minutes, until 'become beautiful golden, lay them on paper towel to remove excess oil and serve hot.
